Replaces the on-disk universe and reloads it in memory. In-flight pull-batch operations on Harmony may see inconsistent data if you regenerate mid-flow.

All rates are probabilities between 0 (never) and 1 (always), applied to each applicant between snapshots. For example, 0.10 = 10% chance per applicant. Leave a field blank to skip it.

Preferences — who gains or loses each preference

Gain applies only to applicants who don't currently have the preference. Lose applies only to applicants who do have it.
